Founder & Director of Dave W Pickles Limited who as an International Keynote Speaker, Dave also partners with corporate and sports club organisations tailoring performance and development programs for individuals and teams to better know self, method and mind, to increase overall individual and team performance. Adventure plays a key part in the service delivery which also includes exclusive tailored experiences for Charities, private groups and VIP clients.
Dave combines his knowledge and experiences as ex-military and as a mountaineer, in leading expeditions throughout the world to remote and austere environments including jungle, arctic, mountain and desert climates to create life changing journeys. Dave can also be found delivering keynote speaker appearances worldwide on thrive over survive first-hand accounts.
As an expert mountaineer summiting some of the most challenging big altitude mountains in the world and event producer for the past 25 years, Dave has summited Mt. Kilimanjaro 61 times (and counting), leading over 3,500 people to the summit, not including the 14 summit rescues he has also been involved in with other groups. To prove nothing is impossible, Dave has completed a 75km race to the top and back down again and has organised and participated in several Guinness World Record events in the crater of Kilimanjaro, aside from the World’s Highest OCR and World’s Highest Fitness Class in September 2021 and the World’s Highest Vertical Kilometre, World’s Highest Marathon and World’s Highest Ultra Marathon in May 2022.

Founder and owner of obstacle race events company Rob Edmond Events. Rob has wealth of experience in the sporting events scene, ex UK Special Forces, ex The Biggest Loser TV Fitness Show Presenter, decades of management experience covering Sports, Fitness, Adventure, Obstacle Course Racing, Obstacle equipment design and manufacturing.
Rob seems happiest when he’s being put through his paces on some crazy challenge, having undertaken many of his own extreme endurance challenges with the likes of celebrities and Royalty that have attracted global attention for charity causes they were to raise attention to.
Rob has produced and Race Directed over 80 events internationally to over 137,000 participants, from airstrips to mountain summits, from city centres to Olympic Stadiums.
