March 2023 will see the first ever ALTITUDE OCR event on Kilimanjaro. Only 30 places will be made available and 30 places for the Para Athletes personal Guides. It will be a Guinness World Record Breaking event and the Para Athletes will also be able to attempt a Guinness World Record for their categories.’

ALTITUDE OCR PARA is accessible for all without any limitations on who can sign up. Veterans, amateur and professional athletes from charities, organisations, sports clubs and individually appointed are all welcome. We believe nothing is impossible and that all humans can achieve anything collectively and individually

What does Registration include?

  • Official World Records attempt.
  • Officially Sanctioned Event by World Obstacle

  • Special awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place male and female with age categories
  • All finishers become lifetime members of World’s Highest and automatically qualify for the ALTITUDE OCR World Championships throughout the seven continents.
  • Boiled drinking water on trek and event (from 1st camp onwards)
  • Emergency oxygen per group and first aid kit
  • X2 Doctors including comprehensive mountain medical kit and helicopter medical assistance

  • X1 night at Chanya Lodge pre-event / x1 night at Chanya lodge post event on half board basis (sharing)
  • All National Park conservation, park entry (6 days), camping (5 nights), rescue fees as applicable.

  • Basic sleeping mattress per person
  • Four season tents (sharing for even numbers plus x1 single for odd numbered groups), chairs, tables, dining tent
